Akira Ikegawa is an Obstetrics and Gynecology healthcare professional with more than 40 years of medical and academic experience. Extensive background in the research of Prenatal Memory. Delivering lectures and presentations nationally and internationally about the extraordinary concept of Prenatal Memory, Holistic Childbirth Education, and Conscious Parenting to bring a harmonious lifestyle to all human beings. He presented “History of Prenatal Memory and Analysis by Quantum Mechanics” and “Structure of the Human Beings’ at APPPAH’s International Congress in 2019.
He is aiming to restore self-esteem so that international citizens on this planet will be able to build a society that is collectively compassionate towards one another.

OHKADO Masayuki is a member of the Board of Directors of the Society for Mind-Body Science, the Board of Directors of the Japanese Medical Hypnosis Association, and an advisor to the Japan Spiritual Medical Association. While engaged in language research, he continues to explore human consciousness and the challenges of the mind through research on the “continuation of consciousness after death” and “reincarnation” phenomena.
He is the author of “Why People Are Born and Pass Away” (2015, Takarajimasha), “A Study of Spirituality: Through the Analysis of Tongues” (2011, Fubaisha, winner of the Yuasa Prize for Encouragement by Society for Mind-Body Science), and “What Happens When We Die? Let’s ask the deceased person” (2019, Arales), “Are you lonely, mama?: A Letter from a Daughter Who Left Us” (2019, Aralethes), and “People Can Be Reborn” (2015, Poplar Publishing), which was co-authored with Akira Ikegawa. In addition, he has written numerous articles and essays on children with past-life memories, near-death experiences, and mediumistic phenomena.

Daisuke Oshioka, Ph.D. is a professor of the Faculty of Human Studies at Seisen University who specializes in Focusing and Psychoanalysis. He works in Pediatrics, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry. He has a national certification as a psychotherapist in Japan and is also registered as a Clinical Psychologist for the Foundation of the Japanese Certification Board for Clinical Psychologists.
While he conducts research on the development of the fetal mind, he hopes to construct a theory on the developmental process and stages of the fetal mind in psychological development.

Representative Director, Tobitani Children’s Institute. Master of education for Shichida. Born in Tokyo. After working for the Bank of Tokyo as a currency exchange agent and managing a private tutoring school for children, she joined the Shichida Child Academy in 1992. She has been teaching young generations of students based on her practical experience in the field of education. She developed various educational programs such as the “Dots Program”, “Right Brain Memory”, “Sensory Program”, “Quantum Speed Reading”, and “Right Brain Speed Calculation System”.
She established the Tobitani Children’s Institute in 2005 to focus her education on infants and children. Currently, she developed a Quantum Birth with the world-leading Prenatal Memory researcher, Akira Ikegawa to teach right brain education to anyone who is interested to learn about the wonder and values of life.

Yuko Igarashi graduated from The Evergreen State College with a BA in Consciousness Studies and currently working with Dr. Akira Ikegawa who is a leading researcher in the field of Prenatal Memory in Japan. She launched the Prenatal Memory Global Project in 2018 with Dr. Ikegawa and Dr. Masayuki Ohkado at the Society for Mind-Body Science 28th Annual Conference. She announced that Prenatal Memory can be the foundation of Trans-Universal Heutagogy which is the greatest global education and self-learning method to teach unconditional love, and sustainable living, and to build a peaceful future for our children. In November 2019 she led the team from Japan and China and announced her Prenatal Memory Global Project at APPPAH’s International Congress.
She is currently working to become a world citizen and ambassador to help create a sustainable future by spreading the concept of Prenatal Psychology and Prenatal Memory. She is a core project member of the Prenatal Memory Global Project.

Akiharu Machida is a founder of TRT (Topographical Revision Therapy) psychotherapy and an instructor of Prenatal Memory Education. He believes in the holistic approach to healing and aims at a symbiotic society by utilizing a practical theory that combines spirituality, psychology, philosophy, evolutionary biology, and physiology to live on the earth where life and existence are all in harmony. He is trying to support the transformation of perception by developing healing works that revive the earth and lead the collective consciousness as a vision keeper. He presented “Adlerian Psychology Reveals Communications through Prenatal Memory” at APPPAH’s International Congress in 2019.
He has trained over 2000 healers and therapists and currently serves as a general project manager for the Prenatal Memory Education Association.
